Not built very tough. After less than 6 months from purchase our tub began to leak. The seal that runs along the bottom cracked. They did in fact replace the tub at zero cost. But who is to say that it won't crack & leak again. Not worth $749 when this happens.
I do not recommend this product. After only 1 month of use, the interior of the plunge was already starting to disintegrate, making it much less aesthetic. For a product that sells for $750 and can supposedly tolerate all seasons, I find this very surprising and unacceptable. Especially since I only used my plunge inside my house and never outside. After several emails and photos sent to the company with no response from them, I can also confirm that the customer service is poor and that the one year warranty they indicate is absolutely false.
I like the convenance, but the black coating stuck to the cover I bought from this company , so there’s a dime sized chunk of coating missing out of the top rim
Really enjoy using it and looks great in the backyard.
Go to any live stock supply store and get a galvanized one for $300.
